Traditional Method Vessel: Porcelain gaiwan orYixing clay teapot. Water Temperature: 85-95°C (185-203°F). Brewing Time: 30-60 seconds. Steps: - Warm the gaiwan and cups. - Add 1 mini brick of tea. - Brew and pour into cups.
- Increase steeping time by 15-30 seconds for each additional steep.
Modern Method Vessel: Use a glass teapot for a visual treat. Water Temperature: 85°C (185°F). Brewing Time: 3-5 minutes. Steps: - Steep 1 mini brick in hot water. - Enjoy the delicate flavor.
