If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please call or email us immediately so we can correct the problem.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return just reach us by Phone, Email, or Livechat. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the company address.

• If the tea or coffee packaging you are returning has been opened, we’ll be happy to issue you a Store Points.

• Please email us photos of quality defects along with your order number so we can determine if a return is required (e.g., broken or defective item, etc.)

• If you are returning a non-food item, it must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. Some quality exceptions apply*

• If you received an item as a gift, we will be happy to provide you with a Store Points that you can use when placing a future order after you return your gift.

• To expedite the return process, please include a photo of the Packing Slip with a note indicating the reason for the return and whether you want a replacement or refund.

• Please include a copy of the packing slip with your package and provide us with the shipping service Tracking Number.

If your return is accepted and was due to an error on our part, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without an approved return request won’t be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For customers using third-party forwarding services, please note that returns and exchanges are unfortunately not available. Since we are typically unable to receive returned items that did not meet expectations, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To facilitate the exchange process and clarify your preferences, please reach out to us so we can discuss whether you’d like a straightforward replacement or prefer a return with a refund and a new order. This way, we can ensure a smooth process and that you receive the item you’re most satisfied with.

Refunds

If you’d like a quick refund before your order ships, we’d be happy to arrange it for you—no explanation needed! Just reach out to us using the contact details provided in your order, and we’ll take care of the rest.

If you're returning the item to us after receiving it, we’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected it and let you know if the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time can vary between banks.
