This Shu (Ripe) Puerh tea is made from big sun-dried Yunnan tea leaves and goes through pile fermentation. With a brownish-red color, a smooth taste, and a unique mature scent, it comes from wild arbor trees and has a rich taste, enveloping your mouth with a range of malty flavors. Pressed into small bowl shapes (mini tuocha)and individually wrapped for your convenience.

Ingredients: Yunnan Arbor Shu Puerh (aged, fermented) Tea Production Process: Puerh Ripe Tea Net content: about 2.6 oz (75 g) (15 pcs) Packaging size: 6.7"x3.9"x1.2" (17x10x3 cm) Origin: Yunnan Province Shelf life: the more it ages, the more fragrant it is. Brewing
Traditional Method Teapot/Gaiwan: Aged tea requires a yixing teapot. Water Temperature: 95-100°C (203-212°F). Brewing Time: 10-30 seconds. Steps: - Rinse and warm the teapot/gaiwan and cups. - Rinse the mini tuocha with a quick infusion. This is done to saturate the leaf with water and allow it to decompress. - Brew and serve.
Modern Method Teapot or Mug: Any suitable vessel. Water Temperature: 100°C (212°F). Brewing Time: 4-5 minutes. Steps: - Place mini tuocha in the teapot/mug. - Steep and enjoy. - Puerh tea can be steeped 10-20 times.
Experiment with the amount of tea leaves and steeping time to find your preferred strength of brew.
