Description
This Sheng Puerh tea is made from carefully selected, freshly picked leaves that are sorted and graded with great attention. Through a unique post-fermentation process, it matures over time, similar to a living organism. The large leaves and buds used as raw materials result in the delightful, dried fruit scent of dry tea. The cake's edges are moderately pressed, but denser towards the middle. The brew boasts a floral and spicy flavor with hints of smoke.
Established in 1985, the Tu Lin Tea Factory boasts a prime location in Nanjiang County, Dali Prefecture, within the beautiful Wuliangshan tea mountains. The emblem, which showcases phoenix birds and mountains, represents the factory's dedication to crafting high-quality Puerh tea, as well as green tea. The plantations are located in a protected area, ensuring the highest quality leaves for their teas.

Brewing
Traditional Method
Teapot/Gaiwan: Aged tea requires a yixing teapot.
Water Temperature: 95-100°C (203-212°F).
Brewing Time: 10-30 seconds.
Steps:
- Rinse and warm the teapot/gaiwan and cups.
- Break off a small piece of tea from the cake (if using a cake).
- Rinse the tea leaves with a quick infusion.
- Brew and serve.

Modern Method
Teapot or Mug: Any suitable vessel.
Water Temperature: 100°C (212°F).
Brewing Time: 4-5 minutes.
Steps:
- Place tea in the teapot/mug.
- Steep and enjoy.
