Brewing Time: 15-30 seconds for the first infusion, gradually increasing the time for subsequent infusions. Steps: - Warm the teapot/gaiwan and cups with hot water. - Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea leaves. - Rinse the leaves with a quick infusion and discard the water. - Pour water over the leaves and cover. - Pour the tea into cups and enjoy.
Modern Method Teapot or Mug with Infuser: Use a teapot or mug with an infuser. Water Temperature: 80°C (176°F). Brewing Time: 2-3 minutes. Steps: - Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea leaves to the infuser. - Pour hot water and steep. - Remove the infuser and enjoy.
