Brewing Time: 3-5 minutes.

Traditional Method
Teapot/Gaiwan: Porcelain gaiwan.
Water Temperature: 70-80°C (158-176°F).
Brewing Time: 30-60 seconds.
Steps:
- Warm the gaiwan and cups.
- Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea.
- Brew and pour into cups.

Cooper C. I brewed this tea at around 190 C, which brought out a very pleasant floral, sweet aroma. Likewise, the flavor was gentle and sweet. The tea brews to a light amber color and honestly tastes delicious. So far, it is my favorite tea from this site.
