Description
This exquisite tea is sourced from the most remote village in Yiwu Prefecture, where the renowned gushu (ancient) tea trees are found. These trees are scattered within the community forest, requiring a challenging journey through 3 mountain peaks and valleys to reach them.  
Aroma: scents of a summer forest, flower honey, a heated bathhouse, and a rustic cellar.
Taste: hints of red wine, dark chocolate, smoked meats and candies.
Brewed tea: brownish-red hue
Ingredients: Yunnan large-leaf sun-dried, aged, fermented tea
Appearance: cake shaped tea
Origin: Mengla County, Xishuangbanna, Yunnan

Brewing
Traditional Method
Teapot/Gaiwan: Aged tea requires a Yixing teapot.
Water Temperature: 95-100°C (203-212°F).
Brewing Time: 10-30 seconds.
Steps:
- Rinse and warm the teapot/gaiwan and cups.
- Break off a small piece of tea from the cake (if using a cake). Utilizing our tea pick will simplify the process.
- Rinse the tea leaves with a quick infusion.
- Brew and serve.
Modern Method
Teapot or Mug: Any suitable vessel.
Water Temperature: 100°C (212°F).
Brewing Time: 4-5 minutes.
Steps:
- Place tea in the teapot/mug.
- Steep and enjoy.
Puerh tea can be steeped up to 20 times.
