Description

Appearance:  pressed dark brown leaves and medium-sized raw materials, including a generous amount of golden tea buds.
Aroma: notes of wood, caramel, carob, and baked milk with pleasing blend of sweetness and subtle hints of allspice and sandalwood.
Infusion: thick, dark brown with a reddish tint.
Taste: slightly tart and peppery with a deep, warm bitterness. Notes of raw wood, caramel, and cream with a sweet and refreshing aftertaste featuring hints of earth and walnut.

Brewing
Each tea leaf is ideally suited for a luxurious tea experience for one or two individuals.
Traditional Method
Teapot/Gaiwan: Aged tea requires a yixing teapot.
Water Temperature: 95-100°C (203-212°F).
Brewing Time: 10-30 seconds.
Steps:
- Rinse and warm the teapot/gaiwan and cups.
- Add 1 tea leaf.
- Rinse the leaf with a quick infusion.
Brew and serve.

Modern Method
Teapot or Mug: Any suitable vessel.
Water Temperature: 100°C (212°F).
Brewing Time: 4-5 minutes.
Steps:
- Place tea in the teapot/mug.
- Steep and enjoy.
Puerh tea can be steeped many times.
Note: Each tea piece is individually wrapped to maintain shape and freshness. Please remove the wrapper before brewing.
