Traditional Method (Gongfu Cha)

Teapot/Gaiwan: Use a small teapot or gaiwan.
Water Temperature: 85-95°C (185-203°F).
Brewing Time: 20-30 seconds for the first infusion, gradually increasing the time for subsequent infusions.
 Steps:
 - Warm the teapot/gaiwan and cups with hot water.
 - Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea leaves.
 - Rinse the leaves with a quick infusion and discard the water.
 - Pour water over the leaves and cover.
 - Pour the tea into cups and enjoy.

Modern Method
Teapot or Mug with Infuser: Use a teapot or mug with an infuser.
Water Temperature: 90°C (194°F). Avoid boiling water, as it can make the tea bitter.
Brewing Time: 3-5 minutes.
Steps:
 - Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea leaves to the infuser.
 - Pour hot water and steep.
 - Remove the infuser and enjoy.
