Description
This fantastic tea is crafted from sun-dried leaves carefully picked from well-known mountains in Yunnan. Using an ancient, time-honored traditional method, the leaves are transformed into tightly knotted tuocha shapes with a rich, dark color, Grade A tea leaves. The resulting tea is delightfully smooth and boasts a beautiful golden hue.

Appearance: tuocha (tightly pressed bowl shape)
Aroma:  pure and long-lasting with notes of dried fruits, plum compote and light smokiness
Taste: mellow, smoked, sweet-dried fruit, then citrus-lemon with the bitterness of apple pit
Aftertaste: tart with the sweetness of peaches in syrup
Brewed tea: orange and bright

Brewing
Traditional Method
Teapot/Gaiwan: Aged tea requires a yixing teapot.
Water Temperature: 95-100°C (203-212°F).
Brewing Time: 10-30 seconds.
Steps:
- Rinse and warm the teapot/gaiwan and cups.
- Break off a small piece of tea from the tuocha.
- Rinse the tea leaves with a quick infusion.
- Brew and serve.

Modern Method
Teapot or Mug: Any suitable vessel.
Water Temperature: 100°C (212°F).
Brewing Time: 4-5 minutes.
Steps:
- Break off a small piece of tea from the tuocha.
- Place tea in the teapot/mug.
- Steep and enjoy.
