During the fermentation process, lumps naturally form in the heaps of tea leaves, creating the 'Old Tea Heads" (Lao Cha Tou) - the pinnacle of puerh. These lumps are carefully selected and pressed into bricks, resulting in an even, moderately tight, and smooth tasting tea with a strong flavor. Divided into squares for convenience, this tea brick is a must-try for any tea lover.
